Street Proven Fab now offers American made and affordable black-phosphate 10.9 bolt kits for most LS applications. This kit is compatible for all automatic and manual transmissions mating to a LS or LT Engine. This bolt kit is great for replacing stripped bolts or if your doing a LS swap into an older vehicle. SPF starter bolt kits use black-phosphate 10.9 grade bolts that are corrosion resistant, have a tensile strength of 150,000 psi and meet ISO 898-1 standards. These Class 10.9 steel bolts are made for high-stress applications. They are at least 25% stronger than medium-strength steel bolts. The flange distributes pressure where the screw meets the surface, eliminating the need for a separate washer. Head height includes the flange. Length is measured from under the flange.
