When GM debuted the Gen V platform, BTR was blessed with the opportunity to go back to the drawing board and create an entire new lineup of camshafts. With grinds for numerous different combinations, the Gen V lineup has something for just about any combination you can throw at us
BTR LT1 NATURALLY ASPIRATED N/A STAGE 1
This Gen V Stage 1 NA cam will make great power gains in any Chevrolet Gen V engine application. The 5.3 (l83) Gen V applications have a tighter window for PTV and it is advised that the installer checks this. We have several trucks running this grind, but the window for PTV is very, very tight in those! It's lobe design is very easy on valvetrain components. You will need to delete your AFM/DOD when installing this camshaft. A torque converter change may be needed in some L83 (5.3) applications. LT1 applications can use the OEM torque converter. We advise consulting the tuner that will be handling the calibration. Phaser limiter or lockout needed as well.
BTR LT1 NATURALLY ASPIRATED N/A STAGE 2
The stage 2 N/A camshaft has absolutely found it's place in the market. We've seen north of 500whp with this cam and basic bolt-ons. Throw some E85 into the mix and power potential climbs even further. Its design is rooted in longevity and durability, with zero compromises in the power arena. This cam also has a +32% fuel lobe to ensure your fuel system is up to the task of quenching the thirst of your newfound power. With only 4.5° of overlap, this cam is docile enough for daily driving with OEM torque converters. Phaser limiter or lockout needed as well.
BTR LT1 LT4 SUPERCHARGED STAGE 1
This versatile cam is a jack of all trades. With one tiny degree of overlap, this custom grind is mild enough to be used in daily driver applications. Don’t let that description fool you though, as it has made over 900 whp with an F1A Procharger and it cleared 1100 whp with an F1R! It can also be used in positive displacement supercharged applications like the LT4.This cam is also mild enough to be considered a "Stage 1-style” cam in a naturally aspirated application. A +38% fuel lobe is optional when using it in power adder combos.
BTR LT1 LT4 SUPERCHARGED STAGE 2
The stage 2 supercharged camshaft has absolutely found it's place in the market. This cam has ventured way north of 1000 whp while directing valvetrain events. Its design is rooted in longevity and durability, with zero compromises in the power arena. It comes with a +38% fuel lobe to ensure there’s enough fuel to let four digit worth of ponies run free. For naturally aspirated applications, check out the 11% Fuel Lobe Version of this cam. Phaser limiter or lockout needed as well.
BTR LT1 LT4 SUPERCHARGED STAGE 3
Our Gen V Supercharged Stage 3 grind was brought to market as the largest and most aggressive offering in the BTR Gen V lineup, period. It is compatible with OEM LT1 and LT4 pistons and includes an increase of 32% on the fuel lobe. The added fuel lobe output makes this camshaft a great candidate for N/A and boosted combinations, particularly street-friendly supercharged applications. Due to the size of the camshaft, an aftermarket torque converter will be required for automatic applications.

Spring specs are 155 lbs @ 1.780", 380 lbs @ 1.180", 400 lbs @ 1.130, coil bind @ 1.070"

These one piece precision formed pushrods are constructed from SAE 4130 chromoly tubing, centerless ground to exacting tolerances, and case hardened to Rc 60.
